By accessing or using MOTORCYCLE BIBLE (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of forming a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your email and password secure.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.
3. Service Scope and Informational Use
The Service provides motorcycle information, maintenance guidance, parts suggestions, and modification insights for informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, engineering, or mechanical professional advice.
4. Fitment and Specification Verification
You must independently verify fitment and technical data before purchase, installation, tuning, or riding decisions, including by year/make/model, trim, VIN, OEM part numbers, retailer/manufacturer fitment tools, and official service documentation.
5. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle use and mechanical work involve inherent risk, including property damage, injury, and death. You accept full responsibility for all decisions and outcomes related to maintenance, installation, purchasing, tuning, and riding.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Violating laws or regulations.
- Attempting unauthorized access, scraping abuse, or service disruption.
- Using the Service to distribute malicious or fraudulent content.
- Infringing intellectual property or other third-party rights.
7. Premium Features, Billing, and Cancellation
Optional paid features may include Garage Sync, Maintenance Reminders, and Build Tracking. Core features remain available at no cost.
- On iOS, digital subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds follow the checkout platform terms.
- We may modify plan features or pricing with appropriate notice where required by law.
8. Affiliate and Third-Party Links
The Service may contain affiliate and third-party links. We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, fitment data, warranties, shipping, returns, or privacy practices.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service content, software, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Motorcycle Bible and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorcycle Bible and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, personal injury, or property damage arising from use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Motorcycle Bible and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or Terms violations.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
